ACNE SCARRING
Various types of acne can result in scaring that can be a source of great anxiety for many patients. At Neaman Medi Spa we offer a variety of ablative and non-ablative laser treatments to greatly improve acne scarring. Additionally precise injections of various dermal fillers can help improve the appearance of acne scarring. We work closely with our patients to develop a customized treatment plans to meet their expectation and needs.
CO2 Laser resurfacing serves as an ablative modality to greatly improve chronic acne scarring. Newer technologies use the method of fractional resurfacing to decrease the amount of downtime and post-operative risks associated with older treatment modalities. Patients can expect at least a week of downtime with more aggressive treatments.
The InfiniTM uses microneedling combined with high intensity focused radio frequency to improve and rejuvenate the skin from the inside out. It allows for a quick and easy recovery compared to the CO2 laser and can be used on all skin types. Patients may experience slight redness for several days after the treatment. Several treatments may be required but treatments are quick and comfortable.
